JCM Associates is a leading commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Upper Marlboro, MD, seeking a Safety Coordinator to support on-site safety and training for a DC Metro Area project team. You will assist with OSHA compliance, conduct on-site trainings, and help foremen with pre-task planning to maintain a safe work environment.

About This Role

• Assist team members to recognize and avoid OSHA safety violations

Required Qualifications And Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the construction field
• 30 Hour OSHA Certified
• CPR/First Aid Certified

Preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a safety coordinator position
• Past experience focused on large-scale commercial construction

Pay/Benefits

• $26-34/hour, plus performance-based bonuses
