Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field and minimum 1 year of construction safety experience.
• Basic knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.
• Familiar with Federal, State, and local Environmental Health & Safety regulations.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enforcing safety policies and risk management on construction projects.
• Support training for safe work practices and safety programs.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance with regulations and owner requirements.
• Coordinate preconstruction safety meetings and worker orientations.
• Maintain safety records (PTPs, JHAs, training records, OSHA logs) and prepare reports.
