Job summary

Strack, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Manager to prevent workplace accidents and foster a culture of health and safety. You will evaluate practices, develop site-specific safety plans, and report to the Security Director.

Responsibilities include training, inspections, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions across projects. Travel to job sites is required, with a focus on maintaining rigorous safety standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining safety programs in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to train staff and perform site safety assessments.
• Proven ability to manage safety reporting and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safety policies in line with OSHA standards.
• Plan and implement safety training for supervisors and crews.
• Perform daily site inspections to identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety audits, incident investigations, and reporting.
• Develop corrective actions with project teams and track progress.
