Job summary

Safety Manager, Field Recruiting, Labor Relations, and project leadership to provide training and drive safety improvements onsite. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and the ability to conduct toolbox talks, document findings, and foster accountability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry focusing on safety, health or environmental protection.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Experience in electrical construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training, site visits, and hazard control across projects.
• Investigates incidents and records root causes with safety leadership.
• Develops and implements site-specific safety programs and policies.
• Ensures company safety policies are enforced and documented.
