The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,200 - $300,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field with 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience in the job offered or related occupations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to maintain service uptime while managing global on-call rotations.
• Design and deliver software that improves availability, scalability, and efficiency with automation to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and execute mid-term technical roadmaps aligned with future infrastructure needs.
• Guide system architecture by vetting designs, breaking down problems, and assessing trade-offs.
• Oversee cross-team projects, improve operational practices, and mentor team members including hiring and training.
