Job summary

Tide is seeking a Lead SRE to head the SRE team, define SLOs, own observability, and ensure release safety across our cloud services. You will build resilience, eliminate toil, and fix issues at the systemic level while partnering with product engineering to drive reliability metrics.

This remote-first role includes 25 days of paid leave, 3 volunteering or L&D days, private health insurance, mental health support, FitPass, and share options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or infrastructure.
• 3+ years in leadership or managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of SLIs/SLOs and observability practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to plan, prioritise, and run blameless retrospectives.
