Job summary

Fleetio seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to run, improve, and scale our Ruby on Rails stack and infrastructure. You will shape reliable, scalable systems and help Enterprise-grade fleets operate with confidence.

You will own performance, observability with SLOs/SLIs, build AI agents to reduce toil, and collaborate with SREs; on-call rotation and cross-functional work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ruby/Rails experience.
• 3+ years of AWS experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Profiling and benchmarking to catch performance problems.
• Code review to improve production performance.
