Job summary

Tide is seeking a senior engineering leader to head a team building a containerized cloud platform on AWS EKS. You will drive the architecture roadmap, autoscaling strategy, and capacity planning for the infrastructure and databases.

The role focuses on delivering high availability, robust security, and cost efficiency in a remote-first setup. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in distributed computing, 3+ years in leadership, and deep AWS/GCP/Kubernetes experience, with a passion for AI tooling

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in distributed computing and 3+ years in engineering leadership.

• Gross annual salary between EUR 75,200 and EUR 105,750.
