Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SREs to ensure system reliability, availability, and scalability
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and applications
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system optimization
• Manage incident response and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Continuously improve processes and infrastructure for efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SRE or related fields
• Strong background in Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, monitoring tools, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, ElasticSearch, Rancher, Python, Bash, and Lambdas
• Leadership experience managing SRE teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards
• Experience in incident management and disaster recovery planning
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
