SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to implement and automate infrastructure and platform creation through IaC integrated with Azure DevOps as the template repository. An Associate SRE will work to build, deploy, and manage various AWS Cloud Environments running on Kubernetes, Microservices, and EC2.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Work with Development teams to accommodate tools and access requests.
2. Standardize monitoring and alerting environments.
3. Participate in patching and vulnerability remediation.
4. Manage IAM roles and conduct basic security audits.
5. Audit pipelines and inventory accounts.
6. Administer source code repositories.
7. Collaborate with Senior Engineers on project scoping.
8. Become a member of the incident response team.
9. Participate in standup meetings.
10. Perform other activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 5 years of experience may substitute for education.
2. Experience with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL.
3. Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
4. Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
5. Experience in building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
6. Knowledge of AWS and other cloud services.
7. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or .NET.
8. Prior teamwork experience.
9. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
10. Ability to adapt to changing environments.
11. Self-motivation and focus amid distractions.
12. Experience with dashboarding and reporting management.

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000. Compensation is determined through interviews, education, experience, skills, location, and market data. Some positions may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
