Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the WDP System. The role includes defining KPIs/SLOs, resolving bottlenecks, and implementing monitoring and automation to improve efficiency.

The position requires English proficiency, a Bachelor's Degree, and full-time work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent communication skills and self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Avalore will not sponsor visas.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of the WDP System.
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs; identify bottlenecks.
• Design monitoring and alerting systems; automate routine tasks.
• Conduct capacity planning and load testing; establish disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with development teams.
