Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to keep production systems reliable as we scale to millions of requests per day. You will work with backend and platform engineers on incident response, capacity planning, and infrastructure-as-code, treating reliability as a software problem.

You will own Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE), build Terraform modules for AWS infrastructure, design observability with Prometheus and Grafana, and drive remediation through blameless postmortems and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience operating production systems at meaningful scale (2+ years).
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production: deployment, debugging, operators, Helm, networking.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of large-scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) and workloads.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules for provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Design and operate observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and define SLOs.
• Lead incident response for Sev1/Sev2 events and drive remediation.
