Electrolux Group North America is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead delivery, operation, security, resiliency, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across North America. You will guide regional teams, coordinate with cybersecurity and global IT, and translate business needs into infrastructure priorities while driving cost efficiency and reliability.

The role emphasizes leadership of engineers, service partners, and governance, with focus on risk, investments, and technology

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and service delivery experience.
• Experience managing enterprise network, server, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, workplace, and site infra.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the regional infrastructure roadmap in alignment with business priorities and global IT direction.
• Lead modernization initiatives across network, cloud, server, storage, and workplace services.
• Provide direction and performance leadership to internal teams and external partners.
• Establish monitoring and incident practices to improve service stability.
