Job summary

OXIO, the first NeoTelco, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and run scalable cloud platforms for our Carrier-as-a-Service infrastructure. You will automate deployments, monitor critical systems, and enable engineering teams with dependable tooling.

Responsibilities include on-call incident management, and driving continuous improvements across AWS, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Linux/Unix systems in production.
• Proficient in scripting and at least one language (Python, Go, Ruby).
• Hands-on with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog for observability.
• Ability to set up alerts, analyze logs, and build dashboards.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Hands-on with AWS or other cloud providers and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based platform to support backend services.
• Automate deployments, scaling, and recovery processes.
• Monitor production infra to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotation and blameless postmortems.
• Provide tooling to engineering teams to operate services effectively.
