Charles Schwab is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Client Trading Experience Technology team in Chicago. The role focuses on improving reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of trading platforms, partnering across engineering, architecture, and security teams to enhance resiliency and automation.

You will apply infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and CI/CD practices to deliver dependable production systems, while promoting AI-assisted operational capabilities and

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related field.
• Production applications support in public cloud or large-scale environments.
• Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation experience.
• GitHub or similar for source control, code review and CI/CD automation.
• Monitoring, observability, incident response, production readiness experience.

Responsabilidades

• Improve service resiliency, observability, and automation across platforms.
• Partner with engineering, platform, cybersecurity, and support teams to enhance reliability.
• Develop automated, reusable cloud solutions and CI/CD workflows.
