Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to deliver escalated engineering support, maintain production servers, and ensure continuous availability of core software like MyGeotab. You will partner with development teams across the organization to drive reliability, automation, and proactive monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Server Operations/DevOps/SRE, a related degree, and strong scripting (PowerShell, Python) and Linux skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in server operations, DevOps, or SRE.
• Diploma/degree in CS, electrical, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting with scripting and Linux-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated engineering support and maintain production servers.
• Collaborate with development teams to restore service quickly.
• Develop and implement automation tools and monitoring.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
