Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS environments, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of scripting automation using Python, Bash, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operation and maintenance of cloud environments.
• Monitor platform health and performance using observability tools.
• Participate in incident response activities, troubleshooting production issues.
