Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (Remote)

This is a full-time remote role at Pineswift Technologies for an immediate joiner. The role involves providing 24/7 application support and monitoring applications.

Key Requirements:

• Urgency: Must be able to join within 15 days | Remote Role

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in Java development

Technical Skills:

• At least 3 years of recent experience in Application Support, Technology Support, or SRE
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices and service tuning
• Hands-on experience with Unix Commands, Scripting (Shell, Python), PL/SQL, NoSQL
• Ability to write basic SQL and MongoDB queries
• Experience with L1, L2 support, SMEs, ITIL, and SRE principles
• Hands-on experience with observability & monitoring tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana
• Strong knowledge of production application support, log analysis, network debugging, API calls (RESTful, SOAP), thread dumps, heap dumps, etc.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Knowledge of release, change, problem, and incident management processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins
• Experience with deployment in production environments
