Job summary

Pluxee Belgium is seeking a Local Workplace Engineer to support, maintain, and improve workplace technologies within a modern, cloud-first infrastructure. You will ensure reliable operations, secure endpoint management and high-quality user support across our environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting.
• English required; Dutch and/or French are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Cloud & Platform Operations: support and improve Azure and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Manage and optimise Windows and Linux environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
• Ensure services remain secure, stable and available.
• Automation & Engineering: automate tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and Git.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and runbooks.
• Improve provisioning, patching, monitoring and maintenance processes.
• Help standardise and simplify infrastructure operations.
• Reliability & Monitoring: monitor platform health, performance and availability.
• Support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Improve observability, alerting and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to increase resilience and reduce recurring issues.
• Collaboration: work with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Your Next Challenge

As part of the Infrastructure & Platforms team, you will help build and operate a modern, secure and increasingly cloud-first infrastructure landscape. You\'ll play a key role in automating operational activities, improving platform reliability, supporting Azure adoption and reducing manual work across our environment.

What you\'ll do

You Are a Match

Experience 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering or platform operations.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting.

• Technical Skills Azure Infrastructure Services PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and/or Python Git and Infrastructure as Code principles Monitoring and observability platforms ServiceNow and Jira are an advantage Knowledge of VMware or hybrid-cloud environments is a plus

• Education Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• Languages English is required. Dutch and/or French are a strong advantage.
