Razorblue Group is recruiting a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team of tech professionals. The role focuses on managing cloud platforms, automation, and supporting enterprise environments while driving infrastructure projects and continuous improvement.

You will serve as a senior escalation point, mentor engineers, and help shape future cloud services. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for certification and career development.

Qualifications

• Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Kubernetes deployment and administration experience.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Bicep.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and admin tasks.
• Cloud networking, identity, security, backup and governance familiarity.
• Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune familiarity.
• VMware/Hyper-V virtualization experience desirable.
• Backup/DR solutions such as Veeam and Zerto desirable.
• Enterprise Windows Server environments desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer-facing skills desirable.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex monitoring and infrastructure issues across internal platforms.
• Ensure core infrastructure and hosting platforms perform at optimal levels.
• Support delivery of infrastructure projects and service improvements.
• Act as 3rd/4th line technical escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Manage and improve backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Deliver maintenance, upgrade and expansion projects across infrastructure platforms.
• Mentor and develop engineers across the wider technical teams.
• Contribute to automation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of technical documentation and operational excellence.

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting enterprise environments, and helping shape the future of cloud and infrastructure services. You'll act as a senior technical escalation point, work on strategic infrastructure projects, and help maintain the platforms and services that underpin both our customer and internal environments.
