The Site Reliability Engineer is an engineer responsible for supporting reliability engineering tasks under the guidance of senior technical staff. This role applies foundational knowledge of monitoring tools, incident response, automation, and operational support to help maintain system reliability and service stability. The Site Reliability Engineer assists with incident management, alert implementation, and runbook documentation while following established SRE practices, tools, and procedures. This position is located in our Lafayette, Louisiana office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience if permitted by contract; Basic understanding of monitoring, observability, incident response, and automation concepts; Familiarity with operational support processes and reliability engineering principles; Exposure to scripting, cloud platforms, or container environments is preferred; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment
