Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong automation mindset to support production systems in Chandler, AZ. The role emphasizes Dynatrace APM and Splunk expertise, plus DevOps tooling and cloud platforms. You will define SLOs/SLIs and present dashboards to leadership while collaborating in an Agile environment.

The position offers a hybrid onsite/remote schedule with opportunities to optimize performance, reliability, and incident response across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE or Production Support with automation mindset.
• Hands-on with Dynatrace APM and Splunk.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with dashboards for senior leadership.

Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Support with an automation mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM and Splunk.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present dashboards and operational metrics to senior leadership.
