You will research property obstacles, confirm locations, and arrange essential utilities and site improvements, contributing to a smooth construction process.

Qualifications

• Meet with customers to discuss home placement and property siting.
• Research local/state restrictions (state, local, FEMA) for the property.
• Identify utility providers and permits for site work.
• Coordinate site improvements and grade elevations to prepare a future home site.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers prior to construction to discuss home placement.
• Research obstacles and requirements for the property.
• Confirm property location (city, county) and identify utilities.
• Determine house placement, utilities, well and septic needs.
• Coordinate site improvements and permit acquisition.
• Complete stakeout of property with survey considerations.
