Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Delmont, PA is seeking a Strategic Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Delmont facility.

You will drive quality strategy, strengthen management systems, and partner with customers to enhance product quality and process capability. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of quality leadership in manufacturing, strong QMS/SPC/CAPA expertise, and the ability to coach teams across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience with ISO and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and Minitab.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site Quality team through coaching and performance management.
• Establish and execute a plant Quality strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own and improve the BES and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits and customer/supplier quality interactions.
