Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Reading facility. You will shape quality strategy, build a capable team, and drive improvements across North American operations.

This hands‑on leader will balance strategy with problem‑solving and customer engagement. You will own quality systems, CAPA, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Operations to reduce risk and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience with ISO and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of product compliance requirements and ability to assess compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Strategy & Develop the Team and staff performance.
• Establish and execute the plant’s Quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Own Quality Systems & Compliance across the site and BES.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and data‑driven problem‑solving to improve performance.
• Serve as primary site contact for customer and third‑party audits and CAPA.
• Partner with Operations to improve manufacturing performance and quality risk.
