Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Experience with ISO and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site Quality organization through coaching and performance management.
• Establish and execute a plant Quality strategy aligned with North American and corporate objectives.
• Own and improve the Business Excellence System (BES).
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA efforts; drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Serve as primary site contact for customer and third-party audits.
• Monitor KPIs like defects, COPQ, customer complaints, and audits.
