Job summary

FST Technical Services, Lebanon, Indiana, seeks a Site Construction Quality Manager to lead the on-site quality program for a major pharmaceutical construction project. You will direct the quality activities across multiple contractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction quality or QA/QC on large industrial projects.
• Experience leading quality programs across GC, subs, and vendors.
• Ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs, specs, and codes.
• Experience with inspections, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, turnover docs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and field presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site construction quality program across project areas.
• Oversee contractor quality programs and verify compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate quality activities across disciplines (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation).
• Review Quality Plans, ITPs, work packages, procedures and documentation.
• Monitor field activities for compliance and manage NCRs and closeouts.
• Provide regular quality reporting to project leadership.
