Job summary

FST Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Construction Quality Manager for a major pharmaceutical project in Lebanon, Indiana. You will lead the field quality program, coordinating with GCs, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and regulatory expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, field presence, and the ability to drive corrective actions across multiple trades while maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction quality, QA/QC, or related experience on large industrial projects.
• Experience as a Quality Manager or Site Quality Manager leading multiple trades.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, P&IDs, and codes while coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site construction quality program across active project areas.
• Oversee GC/subcontractor/vendor quality programs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate quality activities across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Review Quality Plans, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, and related documentation.
• Monitor field activities for compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Lead quality meetings and manage NCRs through closure.
