Job summary

FST Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Construction Quality Manager to lead the quality program on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Lebanon, Indiana.

This field-based role requires strong leadership, contractor oversight, and proactive quality management across multiple trades. You will drive NCR handling, inspection processes, and turnover documentation while collaborating with construction management, engineering, and client stakeholders to protect schedule

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction quality experience on large-scale industrial projects.
• Proven leadership of QA/QC programs across multiple contractors and trades.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site construction quality program across active project areas.
• Oversee contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, and documentation.
• Coordinate quality activities across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Review records, turnover packages, and test reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Drive preventive actions, root cause analysis, and timely corrective actions.
