Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or business focus preferred.
• 3+ years of quality experience, including hands-on quality and quality systems management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team to ensure accountability.
• Maintain the QMS and ensure ISO and IATF compliance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma tools to improve product/process performance.
• Partner across functions to integrate quality standards in development and operations.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the main quality contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
