Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality strategy across the Quality Management Team. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and manage risk while overseeing multiple functional areas.

You will lead quality initiatives, recruit and develop quality personnel, allocate resources, and monitor the quality system. Extensive travel to Thomasville, GA, is expected (~25%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree or higher in STEM or equivalent
• Experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 requirements
• Hands-on hardware inspection and rework experience
• Demonstrated RCCA / 5-Why / Fishbone problem solving
• Experience with nonconformance management and audits
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and contractual requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection
• Direct recruitment, training, performance assessment, and career development for quality personnel
• Allocate resources, assign work, and maintain an effective business rhythm
• Implement and monitor the quality management system and metrics program
• Manage risk, opportunity, cost commitments, and ensure product acceptance
• Develop and set up Quality systems and processes in new environments
