Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation is seeking a Quality leader to manage and drive all quality activities for Astec design and manufactured equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and preserving product integrity. You will consult with management and plant staff to resolve quality and efficiency issues, acting as the focal point for critical quality concerns.

The role involves leading root cause analyses, improving the Quality Management System, and guiding teams through corrective actions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or Operations is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or operational excellence, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the site's quality program and ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements.
Review customer complaints, warranty issues, and field quality concerns to ensure containment and corrective actions.
Document, track, and report key manufacturing objectives for the site.
Drive root cause analysis and CAPA activities to eliminate recurring issues.
Develop and coach personnel to foster ownership and continuous improvement.
