Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Site Quality Manager to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of large-scale industrial and mission-critical projects. This role will lead the site quality team, ensuring construction complies with project specifications, drawings, standards, and approved procedures.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in quality programs across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes, driving continuous improvement, managing audits, nonconformances, and turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent.
• 15–20 years of experience managing quality programs on large-scale industrial/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, inspection methods, codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality team and coordinate with construction, engineering, HSE, and contractors.
• Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans and ITPs for turnover.
• Manage audits, nonconformance reporting, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations.
• Interface with client, contractors, and project leadership to drive quality improvement.
