Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee daily QC duties on BLHI projects, ensuring construction adheres to established minimum standards. The role includes overseeing documentation and inspections, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring a quality product.

Responsibilities include maintaining logbooks, reviewing drawings, leading weekly QC meetings, and producing daily QC reports while addressing non-conformances to achieve timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required or preferred.
• 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail in QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and QC reports.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide minutes.
• Provide daily QC reports and address non-conformances to meet project standards.
• Verify all materials meet submittals and are handled and stored properly.
• Schedule, document, and maintain logs of code and independent inspections.
• Document final inspections, occupancy certificates and acceptance of works.
