• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aviation/Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Ten+ years in Aerospace/Aviation with three+ years in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Direct site Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA/TCCA/AS9100).
• Lead a team of quality professionals across logistics, assembly, component repair and final conformity.
• Drive RCCA/PDCA processes and embed a First Time Right culture across shifts and departments.
• Coordinate with global Airbus facilities to harmonize quality procedures and enterprise systems (SAP, MES).
• Oversee internal and external audits and report corrective actions to closure.
