Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace/Aviation/Engineering or equivalent.
• Ten+ years aerospace/aviation experience.
• Three+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA/TCCA regulations and AS9100 standards.

Aufgaben

• Sustain Regulatory & Quality Certifications across FAA, EASA, and TCCA.
• Lead QMS governance with the Executive Committee.
• Standardize inspections across supply chain and production.
• Mitigate quality escapes and risk through RCCA, PPS, and PDCA.
• Collaborate with design and certification teams on NPI and obsolescence management.
• Develop and track SQCDP KPIs for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people.
• Manage departmental budgets and capital for advanced tools and environments.
• Coordinate with global Airbus facilities to harmonize standards (SAP, MES, non-conformance portals).
• Champion a safety culture with a First Time Right mindset.
• Direct internal and external audits and close corrective actions.
• Oversee training and qualification programs for aviation safety and regulatory requirements.
