Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium seek a Site QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team across production, packaging, and operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. The role partners with brewing, maintenance, supply chain and food safety to embed quality at every stage of the process.

The position serves as a key decision-maker for containment, investigations, disposition, and corrective action, while driving enterprise QA alignment and continuous site improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent training and at least eight years of related work experience.
• Postgraduate degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Quality Assurance Scientists and Technicians.
• Lead decisions on product quality, corrective actions, and disposition.
• Develop and implement SOPs, training documents, tools, logs and databases.
• Apply advanced methods (e.g., Design of Experiments) to solve problems.
• Mentor and train staff and industry professionals.
• Lead major improvement projects and strategic QA initiatives.
• Collaborate with enterprise QA to align quality standards.
