Job summary

RTX in State College, PA is seeking a Full-Time Guard for third shift to maintain security of the facility and ensure a safe environment for employees. The role requires a transferable DoD Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Onsite work, weekends and holidays may be required, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, responding to alarms, patrolling the site, inspecting access points, processing visitors, and documenting incidents.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.

In order to be successful in this position you must be a team player who can work independently and be available for all three shift, weekends and holidays and work overtime as needed.

The salary range for this role is 38,500 USD - 67,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
