Raytheon is seeking an Analyst in Tucson, Arizona, to support day-to-day security administration and maintain a secure operating environment. The role requires a University Degree and familiarities with security regulations.

The Analyst supports the day‑to‑day security administration for programs within accredited facilities. Under the guidance of the CSSO and the Program Security Management team, the Analyst helps create and maintain a secure operating environment that protects program information, people, systems, and spaces. Core responsibilities include supporting and implementation of US Government and local SOPs, supporting the delivery of initial and annual security training, assisting with self‑inspections with corrective action plans, maintaining personnel vetting records (e.g., PARs, SAPIA, foreign travel), coordinating visitor control, managing document/material accountability or control, and promptly reporting/assisting with security inquiries. Must possess a valid driver’s license for escorting individuals across business locations.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
