Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC seeks a Project Controls professional to lead planning, scheduling, risk and cost management within the expansion program. You will develop baselines, monitor performance, and coordinate with global PMO to ensure timely delivery.

Travel up to 10%, requires a engineering degree and strong communication, mentoring, and experience with regulated pharmaceutical projects. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality in pharma preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build foundations for operational project controls across control disciplines.
• Anticipate complex project control issues impacting schedule and cost.
• Establish metrics to monitor performance and identify risks.
• Engage leadership to report progress and address concerns.
