Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience in chemical or petrochemical industry
• At least 5 years in project engineering/management
• Knowledge of project controls, cost structures, and contracting strategies
• Experience with SAP project module and related transactions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CAPEX manufacturing projects up to $2.5MM from concept through start-up
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
• Maintain safety leadership and visible field presence
• Coordinate internal and external resources for successful project delivery
• Lead development and execution of technical documentation per procedures
• Manage cost forecasting, change management, and schedule performance
• Drive continuous improvement within Corporate Engineering
