You will oversee operations, ensure safety, and manage program quality while coordinating with school staff and stakeholders. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain records to meet funding requirements. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in education/youth programs is beneficial.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures program activities align with Think Together mission and policies.
• Trains and coaches staff; ensures documentation and reporting.
• Maintains attendance/data records and ADA targets.
• Fosters partnerships with school staff, parents, and partners.
