Bancroft in Camden and Burlington counties is hiring a Program Manager for onsite leadership in Adult Residential. You will oversee operations, staff, and compliance for the program site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with two-three years in the Human Services or related field.
• Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.
• BA in a related field plus one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and oversight to direct reports within direct areas of responsibility.
• Manages the overall operations, activities, and overall environment of the program site within direct areas of responsibility and for all shifts, if applicable.
• Participates in the applicant hiring and termination process; interviews and screens applicants and provides hiring recommendations.
• Aids in resolving complex situations while promoting independence of the person served and escalating as needed.
• Completes required paperwork (monthly summaries, risk reports, OMS, etc.) for compliance and program management.
• Ensures documentation is accurate and submitted within established timeframes and state regulations.
• Maintains integrity of patient/records and files for audits and regulatory review.
• Develops, coordinates, and monitors IPP/IDT/TDT processes and treatment plans.
• Evaluates prospective persons served at screening and recommends staffing levels for appropriate care.
• Reviews consultations for persons served and ensures adherence to medical orders.
• Participates in special projects related to behavioral treatment, outcomes, and research.
• Participates in development of performance improvement systems for efficient operation.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent; two-three years in Human Services or related field

BA in related field plus one year of related experience preferred
