Job summary

Bancroft is hiring an Overnight Shift Supervisor to lead a pediatric/adolescent residential program in Camden County, NJ. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality care on the overnight shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 9pm–7am).

The position requires a high school diploma, some management experience in human services, and a BA in a related field offers strong preference.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior management experience in human services preferred.
• BA in a related field plus one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, advice, training, feedback, and guidance to staff on IPP, daily care, instruction, and safety of persons served.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and workload distribution.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in program management meetings to share information.
• Attend internal/external meetings to obtain and share information.
• Manage performance of direct reports and implement development plans, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and support staff development and certification attainment.
