Job summary

BrightPath seeks a Program Manager for a two-person, high-acuity behavioral residential home in Apple Valley, MN. The role offers a single-site focus with strong clinical infrastructure behind you and a leadership team that collaborates on problem-solving.

The position requires oversight of two residents with complex behavioral and mental health needs, adherence to DHS 245D standards, and daily supervision of staff, scheduling, and crisis prevention.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the MN 245D Designated Coordinator qualification pathways
• Experience leading residential behavioral programs with clinical oversight
• Ability to implement and monitor behavior support plans with fidelity

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations (staffing, scheduling, supports)
• Maintain on-site supervision and accountability for two residents
• Implement behavior support plans and track outcomes
• Train and coach Behavior Technicians in plan implementation
• Ensure compliance with 245D and related standards
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and Operations for resource needs
• Maintain strong communication with families, guardians, and county case managers
