Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing/industrial operations leadership.
• Experience supervising hourly trades.
• Lean Manufacturing principles demonstrated.
• Experience managing operational KPIs.
• Field Service leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the Port Arthur QRC.
• Supervise machinists, welders, assemblers, and field service personnel.
• Drive safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Rebuild team engagement and establish a high-performance work environment.
• Manage production schedules, repair schedules, and turnaround projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer commitments.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, delivery, efficiency, utilization, cost, scrap, rework.
• Support emergency customer requirements, outages, and critical work.
• Partner with sales, engineering, quality, planning, and customer teams.
• Lead Lean initiatives and operational improvement efforts.
• Manage labor utilization and overtime while maintaining profitability.
• Drive daily problem-solving and root cause analysis.
