Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
Seven years of manufacturing experience.
Five years of direct supervisory experience.
Results oriented with strong execution to meet EHS, quality, service and cost objectives.
Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement programs.
Experience in a cross-functional matrix organization.
Experience in operational management excellence.
Responsibilities
Create and sustain a world-class safety culture with top-tier EHS performance.
Lead operations excellence across safety, quality, productivity and employee relations.
Provide agile, visible leadership to drive continuous improvement and engagement.
Coach and develop operators and supervisors to foster inclusion and recognize high performance.
