Job summary

Indovinya, part of Indorama Ventures, seeks a Site Procurement Lead to oversee site-level sourcing at chemical production facilities. You will drive category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead procurement teams to ensure on-time deliveries and cost efficiency.

The role requires deep industry experience, strong leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement within a global petrochemical context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Site-Level Procurement at petrochemical manufacturing sites.
• Drive implementation of Category Strategies and supplier selection with cross-functional teams.
• Develop negotiation plans and lead cross-functional negotiation teams.
• Coach and develop Strategic Sourcing Specialists/Buyers.
• Expedite documentation and deliveries to maintain on-time delivery requirements.
• Use ERP systems and Source-to-Contract software to maintain supplier agreements and analytics.
• Engage key stakeholders in Manufacturing, Engineering, Capital Projects, and strategic suppliers.
• Perform other purchasing duties as needed.
