Indovinya seeks a results-driven procurement professional to lead procurement for turnarounds and capital projects at complex facilities in Texas and Louisiana. You will manage procurement activities, drive supplier selection with cross-functional teams, and develop negotiation plans while mitigating supplier risk.

You will coach buyers, ensure schedule compliance, and leverage ERP/S2C tools to maintain supplier contracts and analytics, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Capital

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of procurement experience, preferably in petrochemical or process manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing service/contractor and equipment categories, including capital projects and turnaround services.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and compliance.

Mansioni

• Manage Turnaround and Capital Project Procurement activities at US petrochemical sites (TX & LA Gulf Coast).
• Drive category strategies and execution of sourcing events with cross-functional teams.
• Develop negotiation plans and lead cross-functional negotiation teams with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Strategic Sourcing Specialists/Buyers.
• Drive schedule compliance for services, materials, including long-lead equipment.
• Utilize ERP and S2C tools to create and maintain supplier agreements, pricing, analytics.
