Job summary

Indorama Ventures seeks a Capital Project Manager to lead large capital investments from $500 M to $50 MM across the project life cycle. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensure cost control, on-time delivery, and achievement of functional targets.

You will develop justifications, present to leadership, and coordinate with finance while maintaining safety and environmental compliance. Strong planning, communication, and SAP/PM tooling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, or chemical engineering with 10+ years in petrochemical or refining.
• Front-end design and detail design project experience is desired.
• Familiar with staged gate processes and relevant certifications.
• Proficient with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and SAP a plus.
• Strong planning, communication and leadership abilities; capable of cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the execution of capital and expense projects per site process.
• Develop project justifications and presentations for site and senior leadership.
• Provide technical solutions within the project's engineering background.
• Coordinate with finance to align spend with cash-flow constraints.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and KPI achievement for projects.
• Maintain regular project updates to site and corporate personnel.
